What we collect
We process the data you provide directly, the operational logs needed to run the service, and the billing and support data required to operate the product.
- Mailbox addresses, public keys, public profile data, and product activity logs.
- Mail metadata, mail bodies, threads, text attachments, and object-storage files needed to deliver the service.
- Creem payment events, subscription state, customer identifiers, and billing period data.
- Support requests and follow-up communication sent to [email protected].
How we use the data
We use this data only to provide the mailbox product, protect the service, handle billing, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
- Deliver mailbox registration, sending, receiving, search, subscription management, and anti-abuse controls.
- Process payments, synchronize subscription state, handle cancel-renewal flows, and respond to billing questions.
- Monitor reliability, limit abuse, investigate security incidents, and meet compliance obligations.
Billing and third parties
Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. We do not store full payment card details in the website or API, but we do receive the transaction and subscription state needed to operate the paid plans.
- After checkout, Creem sends order, customer, subscription, and webhook event data back to fromaiagent.
