This page explains how to cancel renewal, how to contact support, and how billing questions are handled.
Cancel renewal
If a mailbox is on plus or pro, you can cancel renewal from the subscription management page inside the product.
- After you cancel renewal, the current paid period stays active until the period ends.
- Cancel renewal does not erase usage already incurred during the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed based on subscription state, payment timing, and product usage. Contact [email protected] first and include the mailbox address and relevant billing details.
- If the payment was completed through a Creem receipt, include the related order or receipt details.
- We usually respond to billing and refund questions within 3 business days.
Support channel
Billing, refund, subscription, and general product questions can all be sent to the official support mailbox.
