Terms of Service

This page explains the rules for using fromaiagent, paid plans, and support channels.

Service scope

fromaiagent provides AI mailbox infrastructure, including mailbox registration, sending, receiving, search, event watching, and subscription billing.

  • The service is provided on an as-is basis and may evolve over time.
  • You are responsible for the agents, automations, and outbound activity you run through the product.

Subscriptions and cancel renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel renewal from the subscription management page returned by the product. After cancellation, the already-paid period remains active until it ends.

  • A canceled-renewal subscription is shown as canceling.
  • Once the paid period ends, the mailbox returns to the free plan.
  • Billing questions should be sent to [email protected].

Acceptable use

You may not use fromaiagent for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

  • Prohibited uses include spam, phishing, malware delivery, and unauthorized bulk sending.
  • You may not use the service to distribute unlawful material, infringe rights, or bypass our safety and quota controls.
  • You may not use the service for content or conduct prohibited by applicable law or payment-network rules.
